Children's Tennis at the Park
Tennis Camp, Leagues
The Jefferson County Memorial Park in Charles Town, will hold its children's tennis camp on June 8 - 11 during the AM hours. Girls and Boys age 3 - 18 of all skill levels from the tri-state area may join. Camp fee is $65.00 which includes five weeks of league play June 14 through July 22 and a trophy tournament August 9 - 11.

$65.00 for 1st child in family and $35.00 for each additional child

Tennis Camp:
- June 8, 9, 10, 11 (June 9,10 and 11 at Jefferson High)
- Beginner and Advanced beginner 8:45AM - 11:00AM
- Intermediate/Advanced 10:45AM - 12:30PM
Little League (ages 3 - 11):
- June 14th - July 22nd
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45AM to 1PM at the park
Big League (ages 12 - 18):
- June 14th - July 22nd
- Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:45AM to 1PM at the park
Trophy Tournament (ages 6 - 18):
- August 9th - 11th
- Jefferson High School
Other Activities (for an additional fee):
Tennis Ball Machine
- June 23, July 7, 14, and 28
- 12:45 - 2:30
- $7.00 per visit
Private Lessons
- Afternoon all summer
- $7.00 for 50 minutes

USTA children's Tennis Tournaments
Five tournaments will be held at Jefferson High School this summer. There will be separate divisions of play for girls and boys in age groups 8-18 for singles and doubles.
Tournament dates are:
May 22-23: Jefferson Junior Interscholastic Open
June 29-July 1: Jefferson Junior Open
July 23-25: WV District Championships
July 29-August 1: Eastern Panhandle Junior Open
August 6-8: Metro Area Junior Open
Deadline to enter on week before start date. Best to enter singles on-line and doubles on the first day of the tournament.
